Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19 all deliveries made by carrier services Nationally & Internationally are subject to delay. As a result of this we are currently not shipping Internationally. The biggest delay so far has been found with the USPS which has put an extended delivery time on all shipping classifications from first class package to priority mail.

Shipping Fees are non-refundable. 

Returned Orders/ Incorrect Address 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address is listed with your order. Each order will be shipped to the address listed unless the customer reaches out to change the address prior to shipping. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order ships out.  If your order is returned due to incorrect address, or is abandoned at your PO Box the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend the order.  

Lost/Stolen Orders

Diamond's Elite Hair & Beauty LLC is not responsible for items that were lost or stolen in transit. If your item was lost or stolen in transit please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need your tracking information please e-mail us. 

Diamond’s Elite Hair & Beauty provides an insurance add-on upon checkout. To avoid these potential mishaps, please add the insurance service (available for $3.33) to your order before checkout. Should an insured package become lost or stolen, please reach out to admin@christinadiamond.com.

Return To Sender

If your item is returned to sender you will be invoiced for the cost of shipping in order to reship the package. If you don't want to purchase additional shipping to reship your order we will issue you a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the cost of shipping. There are no refunds issued for items that are returned to sender.

Priority Mail & Express Shipments

When priority or express shipment options are selected during checkout please understand that the estimated delivery date is based on the day the package is shipped, not the day the order is placed. No order will be shipped until the payment is processed and the merchandise is created. Diamond's Elite Hair & Beauty will not reimburse for shipment costs for orders of this nature. 

 

International Shipping

Custom Fees are the responsibility of the customer. Diamond's Elite Hair & Beauty will not pay any custom fees for international orders. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes upon receiving the returned package we will refund the order minus the original cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
